An educator since 1995, Ms. Craig has been a teacher, coach, advisor, librarian, and, most importantly, a student. Studying and teaching in Italy, Japan, and Australia, as well as on both coasts of the US, has given Ms. Craig a unique perspective on education and identifying problems of practice that transcend areas and cultures. After graduating from Simmons College in 2011 she moved to western Massachusetts where she has worked as a school librarian in several districts and, last year, earned a MSLA president’s award for her work in the Gill-Montague Regional School District. She also teaches yoga and is committed to bringing mindfulness practices to both staff and students in her home district.
